Spa Joli Belle Booking Policies
When you schedule your appointments you are committing yourself to an experience. Mostly you are committing to holding space for yourself. The experience I provide is exclusive, personal and every bit of my time as it is yours and honoring space is an act of respect. I trust that when you schedule your appointments you are understanding the importance of cancelling no less than 24 hours in advance out of respect for my business and my time. The space I hold when you make an appointment is for you and me in the treatment room and no one else and I will always respect my commitment to your care and the time set aside for it. I pour my heart into my services. And into you when under my care. Our time together is cherished and sacred. Thank you to those who are sincerely dedicated.
All cancellations or reschedules must be made 24 hours in advance. I charge 100% of service for no show and 50% of the service for late cancellations
A credit care is required to book an appointment
Please cancel if you are sick, caring for someone sick or have sick kids. I do my very best to minimize potential exposure by cancelling your appointment if I am sick. If you are visibly ill upon arrival at the spa I will have to reschedule
My schedule fills fast so I encourage you to book ahead. This is especially true around holidays so please book accordingly
You will receive an appointment confirmation and a 24 hours reminder via text or email…you can choose your preferred method of receiving your messages
If you are not sure what service would be best for your skin please choose my Signature Facial and I will make adjustments if needed at the time of your appointment
All first time clients will be required to fill out paperwork prior to your service beginning
