Please take note of our booking policies:
All appointment cancellations/reschedules must be done a minimum of 24 hours prior to appointment time to avoid a 50% charge of booked services. No shows, clients who do not cancel or show up for their appointment will be charged 100% of booked services. (I understand there are emergencies so if you had one that caused you to no show please let me know as soon as possible.) No shows and late cancellations will be invoiced for the respective charges noted above and rebooking will be unavailable until the invoice is paid in full. I reserve your appointment time just for you and cannot rebook if you don’t show up or cancel at the last minute. My spa business is how I make my living. I appreciate you as a client so very much and will always value and respect your time and thank you for doing the same in return!
Children are not allowed at the spa during services.
If you think you will be more than 5 minutes late please let me know asap. It’s possible I won’t have time to complete your service if it’s more that just a few minutes.

Book as early as possible if you have a special event or occasion as Spa Joli Belle is typically booked 4-5 weeks in advance. If when you attempt to book an appointment the calendar is ‘greyed out’ that means all available appointments are booked. We offer a ‘waitlist’ for the day/time you’d like to have an appointment and we will contact you if an appointment becomes available! Simply fill out the online form with your information!
